Can the Device PC-/PC+ buttons override any pre-selected device presets saved via IA btn?

As per title .. so this is just a exploratory question:
Can the Device PC-/PC+ buttons override any pre-selected device presets saved via IA?

My context:
1. Currently using a fractal VP4 and a PBC/6X
2. Have page 7 bottom's 4 buttons for pre-selecting presets on Fractal using IA, for example: (VP4 / PC off: Preset on:1) - group has "Allow all buttons off" checked
3. Have also page 8 page with both Device PC - and Device PC +

Current behaviour:
If a preset is pre-selected on page 7, I can't use the Device PC-/PC+ to save a new preset. SO is there a way to set it up so any changes via Device PC-/PC+ buttons will override the pre-selected presets on page 7?

I'd try configuring both PC+ and PC- buttons to each use four momentary "set IA" actions to turn off all four buttons from the VP4 button group before incrementing or decrementing the PC.

Device PC -/+ buttons won't run any IA actions when pressed. However, you could try using IA buttons with a PC action with "Up" or "Down" for the on value, then add the Set IAs as you mention. This may limit you to 128 presets, but would otherwise be a good solution.
