Mini Gizmo switching between 2 modelers

First time poster here. I have a specific question.
I want to use a MEGX to switch between a Neural Quad Cortex and a Nano Cortex. Mono A/B input to each, stereo return from each which would then output via the MEGX stereo to my cabs each having an EHX caliber 44 power amp. I know when doing this with 2 traditional tube amp I’d need isolated inputs. Will I have any of those kind of issues between the 2 modelers?

It's not really possible for me to say, I've never used those two together. They might be fine, they might need isolation. But, in any case, adding some isolation should fix any issues.
