PBC/6X got stuck in preset 1 mode.

In preset 1, If I press the function button three times and return to preset mode,
(Loops -> Switches -> Preset)
preset 1 button doesn't light up and there's no response even if I press another button.
(Other preset buttons are fine, only preset 1 mode have this problem.)
 
There are several things that could cause this; the "Preset 2nd Press" option, "Alternate Preset" setting, a "Local Page", the Function button itself for that preset is programmed to go elsewhere on the third press.
