Weird issue with Midi Clock and Ramble FX Kismet

Hello Ron, sorry to bother but I have another question..

So I just got a Ramble FX Kismet and there's an issue every time I turn midi clock on.
The pedal goes in this "overdrive" mode and becomes unresponsive ... I created a blank template so I could check what was causing the issue step by step and it seems to me that it's isolated to turning midi clock on/off.

If turning MIDI clock on and off is the only thing needed to cause the problem, it's most likely an issue with how the effect pedal handles MIDI. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they have any answers.
 
Thanks! I added a strymon conduit I had lying around here between the pedal and the PBC and it seems to have fixed the issue!
I have a feeling this setup may require some extra filtering
