I'll try that. It could also be a switch configuration setting as well. I found an article on the help section from the RJM website that deals with switches acting strangely. I'll try that later tonight when I get in from work.

And also a complete wipe of all settings using a USB drive I'll try that too.

Pretty sure this is a hardware issue. I'll handle this through the helpdesk ticket you have open.
 
Hi Alexander,

I thought you'd like to know the outcome of what happened with this. It's as Ron said a hardware issue with my GT. Ron is sending me a replacement circuit board for the lower row of LCD's and that should solve the issue. I will post again when I receive the replacement board and have fitted into the GT.

Definitely saves me sending it back and waiting for another one. I'm waiting on some cables and other bits to be made for my board so by the time that's all ready hopefully I'll have it all back up and running.
